The Team  |  El Equipo
We are an international storytelling duo; an award winning documentarian and videographer, and an internationally recognized animator and filmmaker. We came together with the idea that our diverse skillsets could bring innovative approaches to communicating ethical and multidimensional stories.

We work in English, Spanish and French. We are based between the U.S and Central America. 

Somos un duo internacional compuesto por una documentalista y videógrafa galardonada, y un animador y cineasta internacionalmente reconocido. Nos juntamos con la idea de, a través de nuestras diversas habilidades, crear acercamientos innovativos a la comunicación de historias éticas y multinacionales.
Trabajamos en inglés, español y frances. Estamos basados entre Estados Unidos y Centro América.

Ignacio Betancourt is an internationally recognized 3D artist, animator and filmmaker. His work ranges from journalistic pieces to Hollywood films, fine art exhibitions and niche cartoon's.
 His pieces have appeared in Ottawa's International Animation Festival, Icaro International Film Festival, El Faro News, Centro Cultural de España de San Salvador, VIVO media arts, Sounds at Sunset, Swarm, The Remington. Ignacio currently lives between Canada, Guatemala and El Salvador.
Ignacio Betancourt es un artista 3D, animador y cineasta internacionalmente reconocido. Su trabajo se extiende desde el periodismo, películas de Hollywood exhibiciones de arte y hasta dibujos animados de nicho.
Sus piezas han aparecido en lugares como el Festival Internacional de Ottawa, el Fesitval Internacional de Icaro, El Faro, Centro Cultural de España de San Salvador, VIVO media arts, Sounds at Sunset, Swarm, The Remington.
Ignacio reside actualemente entre Canadá, Guatemala y El Salvador.
Caroline Lacey is an award winning photographer, filmmaker and experienced visual storyteller. Her work has appeared in The Prosecutors Movie, Resolution Photo, the Harvard Review of Latin America, elsalvador.com, The Washington Post, Smithsonian Magazine, NPR, Washingtonian Magazine, Photo District News and she was awarded the National Press Photographer’s Bob East Award in 2014. Caroline currently lives between El Salvador and Washington, DC.
